Illinois senior Olivia Howell won the women's mile title in 4:34.00 at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships at the Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico. Howell improved from fifth place last year, securing the first women's indoor championship for Illinois in any event since 2010.
