Nico Young, a junior at Northern Arizona, won the men's 5,000-meter title in 13:25.29 at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships at the TRACK at New Balance in Boston, Mass. Young, who secured his first NCAA championship after setting the collegiate record with his 12:57.14 effort Jan. 27 at Boston University, captured the third 5,000 crown in program history, joining David McNeill in 2010 and Abdihamid Nur in 2022.
