Amber Anning of Arkansas led a 1-2-3 finish for the Razorbacks in the 400-meter final, with the 24 points being central to the Razorbacks' team victory at the NCAA D1 Indoor Championships. Anning ran 50.79 seconds. She also clocked 23.62 to earn eighth place in the 200-meter final, as Arkansas secured six points by placing sixth, seventh and eighth overall.
